Model-600L熱成型機是我司根據(jù)市場及客戶的需求而研發(fā)的新型機器。該機是一種多工位的自動機械，具有同步完成成型，沖孔，沖切，從而得到最終的塑料制品。因此大大降低了勞動力和生產成本的投入，提高了工作效率。而且用途廣泛，可應用于五金、食品、藥品、化妝品等PS/PET/PVC/PP/PSP/PLA塑料制品的生產。

Model-600L thermoforming machine is a new type of machine developed by our company according to the market and customer's demand. The machine is a kind of multi-station automatic machine, which has the synchronous complete forming, punching, and cutting, so easy to get the end plastic products. Therefore, the input of labor and the cost of production is greatly reduced, and the work efficiency is much more improved. It can be applied to metal, food, medicine, cosmetics and other PS/PET/PVC/PSP/PLA plastic products.

主要特點 / Main Feature:

• 自動輸送片材，方形鋼結構，耐磨性高，更穩(wěn)定、高效，通過自動輸送可以提高準確性。
• 上料架由氣缸控制，可以上下移動，簡單易操作，可以提高工作效率以及節(jié)省勞動力。
• 機器采用PID溫度系統(tǒng)，精度高，溫度控制公差 < 1℃。
• 移動式模具裝置便于組裝和拆卸模具。

• Automatic sheet feeder with square steel structure, high wear resistance, more stable, efficiently, the accuracy of feeding could be improved by automatic feeding.
• Sheet holder which is controlled by cylinder, can move up and down. It is easy for operation, and improving work efficiency and reduce labor.
• Machine adopts PID temperature system, it shows high precision, and temp control tolerance < 1℃
• Movable mould device is conveniently to assemble and dismantle mold.
